Refunds & Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from PORTASOUND. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your product.

Returns

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please send us an email at return@porta-sound.com within 3 days of receiving the product with your order number and a picture of the damaged or defective item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
